Using Multimedia Sharing Sites

I am so happy that this worked! It took a lot of time and much trial and error, but in the end, technology and tenacity prevailed. Please be patient when playing this voicethread as it takes time to load. As with any web-based multimedia application, speed is often second to universal access. I look forward to your feedback.

Hi Selena,
A great presentation that must have taken a lot of time to prepare. I hadn't thought of using voicethreads as a slideshow presentation, but now I know of another way to use this AWESOME web 2.0 tool!

Thanks Selena. I loved that your blog 'post' turned into a VoiceThread for this week. There is a lot of potential for this kind of thing, as you say, in the classroom. I'm going to mention VoiceThread to my son's FI teacher--or maybe he and I will just make one of him doing some of his French vocabulary--and share it with her.

Hi Joanne,

Yes, it is a great resource. Once I figured out how to work it! Next time, I don't know if I would put URLs on a PowerPoint within a voicethread. It makes it more difficult for people to quickly access a site. Thoughts?
